Amory Booker is an enterprise IT and business leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation, technology strategy, and large-scale operational change. He has worked across healthcare, financial services, higher education, retail, energy, and public sector environments, partnering closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term organizational strategy.
Throughout his career, Amory has owned the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise technology platforms supporting complex commercial and operational environments. His leadership spans modernization of core business systems, integration of enterprise platforms, and transformation initiatives supporting large-scale sales, service, and customer engagement operations across both regulated and highly competitive industries.
He has contributed to transformation efforts for global and public-sector organizations including Coca-Cola, McKesson, Cisco, Estée Lauder, Philips, the City of San Antonio, and multiple electric and gas utilities, bringing a consistent focus on scalability, resilience, and enterprise risk management.
In recent work, Amory has focused on applying emerging technologies responsibly, including AI-enabled automation and intelligent systems designed to improve operational efficiency, insight, and decision-making. As a business-focused technology executive, he combines strategic leadership with a strong understanding of governance, risk, and organizational dynamics—building cross-functional teams and translating strategy into secure, scalable systems that deliver sustained value well beyond initial implementation.
